Hancock Lumber Warehouse Roof Rebuild

Work in progress at a Hancock lumber saw mill in Casco Maine. This warehouse roof collapsed when a heavy snow load over the winter broke a string of trusses and collapsed the roof on over half of this massive building where they store their milled packs of wood products. Working with Mike Shane of Hancock Lumber to get this building back up and running as soon as possible for them.

Commercial Construction

Malloy Construction, Inc. has worked a great deal in commercial construction.

  • We just completed a Rusty Lantern gas station framing job in Oxford.
  • We were part of the team that completed a new school in Fort Stewart, Georgia and we completed a 64,000 ft. roof system on a military base for the Army Corps of Engineers.
  • We worked in a private school environment at Kent's Hill School, Maine on a major restoration of the headmaster's house. Completing full outside coverage, roofing and cedar siding. Work was performed on campus while school was in session. We finished the quality restoration project in a timely manner.
  • We have also completed a large window project in Old Town, Maine. The project consisted of replacing 150 windows at the Helen Hunt School. The school was being converted into a medical facility. We removed, installed and sealed 150 new windows, which created a fresh look for the facility while making it more energy efficient.
