Malloy Construction has been building relationships with the community since 1998. We have been dedicated to building custom homes, renovating and problem solving, building additions, roofing, siding, custom decks, and also working in commercial construction. Building relationships and doing quality work is our focus. Our motto is no job is too large or too small.
Keeping up with current building innovations and technology changes are important to us, therefore, we are committed to attending seminars, following building supplier road shows, attending conferences, and we are also members of the Associated Builders and Contractors of Maine.
We also feel that it is important to be involved in and support our local community by donating and attending local organizations, clubs, sports teams, community events, and youth groups.

Left, Shane Malloy, the creator of Malloy construction. In 1998 he started this business on his own, striving to better himself, the business and his employees every step of the way until his death in June 2022.
He is truly missed by many.
